How to:

  • pre heat the oven,
  • add the ingredients for the dough together and mix them in a mixer for 5 minutes,
  • if the if the dough looks too wet add 2 tablespoons of flour,
  • when its mixed and looks shiny turn of the mixer and scrape the dough from the hook,
  • knead the dough: place the dough in a bowl lightly flowered and spread the dough with your palms,

  • cover the bowl with a plastic cover and leave it for an hour or until it doubles in size,

  • while waiting for the dough, start making the filling, mix all the ingredients for the filling and mix it with a spoon,

  • when the dough doubles in size knead it again,

  • roll out the dough on a flat surface (table),
  • make sure theres enough flour to prevent the dough from sticking on the table

  • spread the filling on the dough,

  • roll the dough,

  • cut the dough into slices,

  • place them in a buttered pan

  • beat the egg wash mixture,
  • use a pastry brush to paint the egg wash on each roll,

  • put the pan in the oven let it bake for 12-15 minutes,

  • mix the ingredients for the sugar glaze,

  •  when the rolls look blownish-goldish take the pan out of the oven,
  • let it cool down for 10 minutes,

  • put the rolls in a nice plate,

  • pour the sugar glaze on the rolls,

Thats it! your Cinnamon rolls are ready to serve!!
