How to Ramadhan Dish! (Dish 2)

The next dish im going to talk about is "Luqaimat". This is a traditional dessert in the arab world.

here are the steps of how to make this delicious dish:

Ingredients:

• 5 cups of Flour,
• 4 packs of yoghurt,
• 3 1/2 Tsp of yiest,
• 1/2 Tsp of cardamon powder,
• a pinch of Zafaran,
• 1/4 Tsp of salt
• a cup of water (not exact)

Steps:

• get a big bowl,

• Add flour,

• Add all the other ingredients except water,

• add water until you see that the mixture looks like this:

• cover the bowl and wait until the mixture puffs up, 

• minutes before serving heat oil in a pot that looks like this:

• when the oil is heated up, put the dough on the pot like this;

(make sure you put a bowl of water to

wash your hand when it gets a bit sticky)

• before putting the dough in the oil mix it well*

The Icing on the cake:

• Sheera (water + sugar) 
• 2 cups sugar
• 1 cups water
• mix it in heat until boiling
• pour it on the Luqaimat

• Honey

• or anything that you like
